The Buying Process
Step 1
Your first step with registering to buy a property is to open up a relator request ticket in the main DOJ discord.
Step 2
Once you have opened a ticket - take a look at the real estate map and provide the relator with the postal code and colour of the district.
The Relator will most likely want to meet you in session to take you by air to see the properties you are interested in. Its a luxury service we offer to our clients.
Step 3
Wait for the relator to confirm that the property is available, they will provide you with a cost that you can negotiable.
When both parties agree on the final price, you will be asked to sign the Property Purchasers Agreement, the agreement will layout the conditions and cost.
You will pay both the relator and the state for the purchase after the contacts signed.
After that you are finished.
